Delivery Fees & Policy

  • Delivered are conducted within 1-3 business days to Malta & up to 4 business days to Gozo.

  • Deliveries are done Monday - Friday between 10:00 & 18:00
    During peak season or special occassions, deliveries may be also be performed on Saturday and Sunday, in which cases you will be notified by nsejt.mt staff

  • Deliveries are fulfilled by a third-party agency and a tracking number is available for each oder
    During peak season or special occassions, deliveries may be also be performed by nsejt.mt staff and in such cases a tracking number is not available, instead a delivery booking will be done via SMS or Phone call

  • Delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout

 

Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery charges may vary based on your location and product selection.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Delivery discounts may be given out from time to time at nsejt.mt's discretion.
  • Special delivery charges may apply during peak seasons.
  • You may change your delivery address after placing your order but only if notice is given to us prior to the courier starting your delivery.
  • If the courier fails to deliver your order, a second and third attempt will be made to complete your delivery.
    • The second and third attempts are free of charge
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts your order will be cancelled and a refund will be automatically issued where applicable for the products purchased minus the delivery charge.
