Description

The Himalayan cheese chew is based on an ancient Nepalese recipe from the Himalayas. Handmade based on a traditional method, this chew snack is a real treat.

In the microwave:
When a small dry piece of the cheese stick is left, place it in the center of the microwave on the highest setting for about 30 seconds. If the piece does not thicken in the microwave, repeat for another 10/15 seconds. Then allow to cool for at least 2 minutes.
